The Zombie Russian is an NPC who appears in the outro of Chapter Nine, Crackdown. He stands outside the pizzeria with Parker, aggressively warning Jacket that his presence isn't welcome. Like the other undead mobsters, he is covered in blood and has been horrifically maimed, having had his lower jaw ripped out.
