This is a character that just so happens to recycle the same base facial sprite as with many other characters in the series, like the Henchman and the VIP Guard. Even Martin Brown's facial sprite is recycled from Brandon Boyer's sprite in Highball. I'm not going to keep repeating this back-and-forth over and over again. Risk it or leave it.

The cameo card points to Wiley in Highball being the guy based on him, not the Technician. If it's outright stated in-game that the Technician/Sushi Guy is Wiley, which it isn't, then you'd be onto something. Tags: Manual revert Reverted Source edit
