The Silenced Uzi is a weapon used by Richter which is only available to Jacket by wearing the Richter Mask. It functions exactly the same as a regular Uzi but with a silencer to prevent enemies from hearing the shots. Unlike with the regular Uzi, you cannot take human shields with the silenced Uzi, and a bonus of being unlike the regular Uzi it also has a shorter mag in appearance.
In the Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number Level Editor, the gun returns as a 30 round, rapid fire and silenced SMG.
Statistics[]
The Silenced Uzi functionally, is identical to the regular Uzi, except it has a silencer, meaning enemies will not be alerted from gunfire from the Silenced Uzi.
The only difference between the Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number versions is the rate of fire, the Hotline Miami version has a rate of fire of 1,800 Rounds Per Minute where as the Hotline Miami 2 version has a rate of fire of 900 Rounds Per Minute.

- Dennis Wedin however confirmed in his reddit AMA, that all masks from Hotline Miami will be in the Level Editor, confirming Carl, and Richter mask weapons are returning. This is in fact the case in the latest version of the Level Editor
- Richter can use the Silenced Uzi in the Level Editor in Hotline Miami 2. It has to be placed in a custom level as a weapon pickup.
- The Magazine capacity of the Silenced Uzi in game is incorrect as real Uzi Magazines have a capacity of 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50, the one in game seems to be based off the 32 round version.
