Louie is a mask obtainable in Hotline Miami. The mask is of a chameleon and when Jacket is wearing it, the mask allows him to become harder to spot and detect.

This mask can be obtained by beating the game with the normal ending (not using the computer).
Trivia[]
Appears in the Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number comics as an extra cut where the mask belongs to a nerdy looking person.
The Louie mask may be based off of one of the Budweiser lizards, Louie and Frankie from their SuperBowl commercials during the 90's.
