To unlock this achievement, simply break 200 Glass Panels.
Methods[]
The easiest way to get this achievement is in the level Prank Call, as there are a bunch of windows on the second floor of the Phone Hom building. Go up the elevator, destroy all of the windows, rinse and repeat until the achievement is unlocked.
