The Fireaxe is a weapon that appears in Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. It is a firefighter axe with an unpainted head and a red handle.
Hotline Miami[]
In Hotline Miami, the Fireaxe is an unlockable weapon, meaning that it can spawn randomly in several levels once unlocked; It's the 14th weapon you receive. It is required for the Smell Something Burning, Always On Top, Knife For Pros and I Got New Friends achievements.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number[]
In Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, the Fireaxe is much rarer as it only appears naturally in a few maps, like the second floor of Demolition, being able to destroy the thin wooden walls on the second floor. It is also seen in Apocalypse, where it is hallucinated by The Son to be the weapon he killed Alex and Ash with while he was under the effects of a potent hallucinogenic drug. This weapon is required for the A BOX FULL OF SHARP OBJECTS achievement. The Fireaxe is the last weapon used in the series.

- This weapon makes an appearance in Super Carnage.
