Location of the cutscene editor on the level editor hotbar.
The Cutscene Editor is a feature inside of the Level Editor, used for creating cutscenes like in the main campaign of the game.
It can be accessed by opening the Level Editor, editing a level and finding the "create cutscene" button in the Level section of the hotbar. Alternatively, it can be opened by pressing ctrl+alt+c.
